Job summary

Mahindra Lifespaces is seeking a Payroll Specialist to execute end-to-end payroll and FNF processing in Mumbai. You will collaborate with Finance, HR Business Partners and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely payroll and strong compliance with PF, ESIC, taxes and labour laws.

You will prepare payroll reports, dashboards and MIS, participate in audits and support onboarding and joining formalities while addressing employee queries with confidentiality and integrity.

• Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP for HR.
• Collaborate with Finance, HRBP, and external payroll vendors for seamless payroll execution.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Income Tax, and other labour laws.
• Prepare payroll reports, dashboards, reconciliations, and MIS.
• Participate in audits and timely closure of audit observations.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and communicate policies, benefits, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor onboarding checklists and complete joining formalities within timelines.
• Address employee queries and provide ongoing support.
