Job summary

Servd, part of Swiggy, is looking for a versatile Copywriter to shape on-brand content for the Servd website and app experiences in Mumbai. You will write sharp copy for landing pages, product pages, and microcopy that guides users with clarity and personality.

You will also craft UI/UX copy for listicles and curated recommendations inside the Swiggy app, and support pitches, presentations, and branding initiatives as Servd expands. A strong portfolio and English mastery are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of copywriting experience with digital/website copy and UX/in-app microcopy.
• Strong portfolio showing versatility across formats.
• Excellent command of English grammar, tone modulation, and long- and short-form copy.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, relatable copy.
• Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset open to feedback from stakeholders.
• Bonus: SEO copywriting, CMS tools, or basic design tool knowledge.

• Craft UI/UX copy for listicles and curated recommendations that appear inside the Swiggy app.
• Write pitches, presentations, and support broader branding and tone-of-voice initiatives as Servd expands across categories.
• Support project-based and campaign copy needs; emailers, social media posts, presentations, carousels for city Pages, LinkedIn branding content, and other ad hoc requests.

What Were Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in copywriting, with digital/website copy and UX/in-app microcopy experience
• A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility
• Excellent command of English grammar, tone modulation, and the ability to write both long-form and short-form copy
• Ability to simplify technical or complex ideas into clear, relatable copy
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset open to feedback from stakeholders
