Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a finance professional to manage core accounting processes and ensure accurate financial records. You will handle accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, and timely MIS reporting to support business decisions.

You will collaborate with internal teams, resolve billing discrepancies, and uphold company policies to maintain healthy cash flow and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain supplier management, vendor reconciliation, and P&L accounts.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports on accounts finalization and provide business insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize payment terms.
• Monitor vendor payments and ensure compliance with company policies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow statement, supplier management, vendor reconciliation, profit & loss account, trial balance, and cash flow management.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions to maintain a healthy cash position.
  
• Prepare monthly MIS reports on accounts finalization and provide insights for business decisions.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales) to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize payment terms.
