Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Mumbai, Maharashtra, seeks an experienced finance professional to handle end-to-end accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, and supplier relationships. The role covers preparing P&L and trial balance insights to support strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with sales and other teams to resolve billing discrepancies, monitor vendor payments, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow statement, supplier management, vendor reconciliation, profit & loss account, trial balance, and cash flow management.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions to maintain a healthy cash position.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports on accounts finalization and provide insights for business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales) to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize payment terms.
• Monitor vendor payments and ensure compliance with company policies.
