Job summary

Deluxe Recycling in Haridwar invites applications for FLO - Security on a full-time basis. The role covers plant security, asset protection, incident reporting, and coordinating with local authorities during shifts.

The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years in industrial security, a Bachelor's or Master's degree, and a Diploma/Certificate in fire, management or armed forces training as desirable qualifications.

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institute.
• Desirable: Diploma/Certificate in Fire or management or Armed forces training.

Responsibilities

• Strict implementation of SOP related to Men and Material movement.
• Protect company's property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Look for new security techniques and processes and strive to implement effective security systems.
• Submit all required security reports to Security head and the management as and when required.
• Conduct routine patrolling and checking across plants under the Lead role.
• Responsible for respective areas of deployment and minimize all threats and risks on a day-to-day basis.
• Control and minimize accidents and thefts and formulate mitigation plans to avoid them in future.
• Monitor the loading/unloading of all material including raw materials/finished goods, by the gate security guards.
• Supervise traffic management in and around Plant premise to ensure all traffic movement remains accident free.
• Keep constant touch with local Police stations as well as Senior Police officials at the local level for security of the plant.
• Horticulture: Ensure Environment Preservation/ Biodiversity. Maintain the Greenery index of the plant.
