Job summary

CMR Green Technologies Limited in Tirupati is seeking a Sr. Executive / AM Maintenance to lead electrical maintenance activities in our manufacturing facility. The candidate should have 3–6 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance and a Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

You will ensure machine availability, manage work orders, and coordinate with stores and service providers. Responsibilities include material procurement, KPI reporting, and safe maintenance of tools and equipment,

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a reputed institute.
• 3–6 years of Electrical Maintenance experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability of machines for production.
• Create work orders for maintenance per plan and assign responsiblities to electricians/fitters.
• Create material requisitions and follow-up with stores.
• Generate purchase orders for services; ensure timely availability.
• Report daily progress on shutdown/turnaround activities.
• Prepare shutdown/turnaround completion report and share with dept heads.
• Ensure safe execution of activities in the central workshop.
• Prepare daily maintenance observation reports and monthly KPI reports.
• Support maintenance lead in managing maintenance masters.
• Ensure proper maintenance of tools and optimal spares usage.
