CMR Green Technologies Limited in Tamil Nadu invites applications for the Sr. Exe/AM Hot Refining Project & Operation. The role focuses on stabilizing refining furnaces, SOP development, quality checkpoints, and coordination with Maintenance for equipment readiness.

The selected candidate will oversee hot refining operations, project deployment, process optimization, and strict adherence to process parameters, safety norms, and pollution controls. Prior experience 3–5 years is required.

Formación

• Essential: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Metallurgy from a reputed institution.
• Desirable: Operations or General Management certification/diploma.
• 3–5 years of experience in hot refining or similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Support installation, commissioning, and stabilization of refining furnaces.
• Assist in developing SOPs, process monitoring formats, and quality checkpoints.
• Coordinate with Project & Maintenance teams for equipment readiness.
• Support trial runs, parameter setting, and initial production validation.
• Ensure minimal deviation from the Process Monitoring Sheet.
• Oversee hot refining operations including charging schedule, flux quantity control, alloy composition, and addition of virgin alloy materials.
• Achieve shift targets for cost control, production, melt loss, dross generation, recovery, and quality.

Reporting To: HOD – Hot Refining

Location: Shoolagiri, Tamil Nadu

Qualification

Essential:- Full-time Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgy or related field from a reputed institution.

Desirable:- Degree/Diploma/Certification in Operations or General Management.

Experience

Essential:-3–5 years of experience in hot refining or similar role within refining/manufacturing industry.

• Strong understanding of refining processes and technologies.
• Experience in process optimization and quality control.
• Knowledge of refinery operational standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Deployment Plan

The selected candidate will beinitially deployed in the intoregular Plant Operations, where the candidate will be familiar with technology, process / SOPs / culture. Later, stage they will loclocate ShoolagiriProject site for, actively contributing to plant setup, commissioning support, process stabilization, and operational readiness.

Job Responsibilities

During Project Phase

• Support installation, commissioning, and stabilization of refining furnaces.
• Assist in developing SOPs, process monitoring formats, and quality checkpoints.
• Coordinate with Project & Maintenance teams for equipment readiness.
• Support trial runs, parameter setting, and initial production validation.
• Ensure minimal deviation from theProcess Monitoring Sheet.
• Oversee hot refining operations including charging schedule, flux quantity control, alloy composition, and addition of virgin alloy materials.
• Achieve shift targets for cost control, production, melt loss, dross generation, recovery, and quality.
• Approve quality reports based on spectrometry and visual inspection; ensure ERP booking compliance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for equipment availability.
• Control ingot quality and weight variation.
• Ensure pollution control compliance.
• Maintain strict adherence to process parameters.
