Job summary

Naukri Assist is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a software development team focused on secure, scalable applications. You will provide hands-on technical leadership, guide architecture decisions, and drive delivery of high-quality solutions using .NET, React.js, and MySQL.

Qualifications

• 1215 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong hands-on experience in .NET and full-stack development (React.js preferred).
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP acceptable).
• Experience designing and operating secure, scalable, and highly available web and mobile applications, large-scale distributed systems using service-oriented or microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in MySQL and strong understanding of relational database design.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Adept in Object-Oriented Design and security principles in software development.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale software solutions.
