We seek a motivated, experienced SPICE Modeling Engineer to support advanced process development in Analog Devices Inc (ADI). We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in high-voltage LDMOS and CMOS modeling and inter-device cross-coupling modeling through parasitic bipolar action in monolithic silicon. The candidate must excel at device physics, be eager to have hands‑on experience with electrical measurements and explore the limitations of electronic instruments.
