The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in semiconductor device physics, compact model development, and characterization techniques, along with excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and device modeling.
• Hands-on experience in extraction and validation of MOSFET, LDMOS, Bipolar and Passive device models.
• Experience with CMOS/process technology.
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing device modeling activities at Tata Electronics.
• Perform device-level characterization: DC, CV, noise, RF, PIV.
• Conduct data quality validation and systematic analysis of measured data.
• Execute device model extraction and QA checks prior to release.
• Contribute to methodological improvements and customer support for device models.

• Support and contribute to ongoing device modeling activities within Tata Electronics.
• Perform and support device-level characterization activities, including:
  • DC Characterization
  • CV (Capacitance-Voltage) Measurements
  • Noise Characterization
  • RF Measurements
  • PIV Characterization
• Conduct data quality validation and perform systematic analysis of measured data.
• Execute device model extraction and perform model QA checks prior to model release.
• Contribute to methodological improvements and innovative initiatives within the device modeling team.
• Provide technical support and address customer queries related to device models.
