MAHLE Holding (India) Private Limited, a leading automotive systems supplier, invites applications for a foundry process role focused on OEE improvement, TPM, CIP-driven projects, and strict safety and quality adherence. The candidate will oversee gravity die casting, additional metal treatment processes, and daily production control in a busy casting environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to production plans, records review, and downtime reduction, with ongoing TPM and digitalization

Competenze

• Experience in castings and foundry processes.
• Ability to monitor and improve OEE in casting, pre-machining stages.

• Implementation of Scrap analysis and reduction Projects.
• Implementation of Cycle Time Improvement Projects.
• CIP Project Tracking and identification new idea and progress monitoring and Monthly review
