Linde India is seeking a Sr. Engineer for Operations and Mechanical Maintenance. The role focuses on daily field tasks, instrumentation checks, and coordinating reliability actions to ensure safe and efficient plant operation.

Ideal candidates hold a Mechanical Engineering degree with 7–8 years’ experience, including ASU commissioning. SAP/SRM experience is a plus, with emphasis on safety and compliance across all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and operations.
• ASU plant commissioning experience is required.
• Graduate engineer with mechanical engineering background.

Responsabilités

• Participate in daily field routine jobs and inspect instrumentation and electrical issues.
• Coordinate with reliability team to highlight issues and take corrective actions.
• Manage day-to-day plant operation and DPR preparation.
• Oversee field maintenance, hazard identification, LOTO, and PTW after zero energy verification.
• Handle mechanical maintenance of rotary equipment and calib­rations.
• Vendor management and spare procurement, SAP and SRM handling.

Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this role, you will be responsible for participating in daily field routine jobs and inspection of instrumentation and electrical issue. Also, during any abnormalities highlight the issue with reliability team and take corrective actions. Updating in EAM book & reporting in LiDAP.
• Further, you will be responsible for day-to-day plant operation, production etc. preparation DPR.
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for any maintenance activities in the field, discussed with the maintenance people, identify the hazard related to that job, purging (if required), marking that line/ equipment’s in P&ID, maintaining LOTO system for isolation after zero energy verification and then after PTW issued. All mechanical maintenance of rotary equipments (Centrifugal compressor, pump, turbine, valves etc).
• Moreover, you will be responsible of different PT, FT calibration and record keeping.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for vendor management.
• In this role you will be responsible for spare procurement. Handling of SAP and SRM.
• Further you will be responsible for maintaining all safety standards.

• You have a graduate Engineer in Mechanical Engineering with seven to eight (7-8) years’ experience with experience in ASU
• ASU plant commissioning experience unit is required
