Job summary

JAKSON Group in Maharashtra seeks an experienced ELV/Low Current engineer to lead planning, execution, testing and commissioning of Fire Alarm, CCTV, BMS and related systems on major projects.

You will review drawings and specs, plan manpower and materials, monitor progress, coordinate with Client/Consultant/OEM/Subcontractors, ensure QA/QC and safety, resolve site issues, and manage MIR/RFI, as-built drawings and final handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8-16 years of relevant ELV/Low Current experience on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, CCTV, BMS, Access Control, PA, Data/Telephone, structured cabling, fiber optics and networking.
• Hands-on installation, testing & commissioning, troubleshooting and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, supervise, test and commission ELV/Low Current systems including Fire Alarm, CCTV, BMS, Access Control, PA, Data/Telephone, MATV, Nurse Call, Wi-Fi and networking.
• Review drawings and specifications; plan manpower and materials; monitor site progress; coordinate with Client/Consultant/OEM/Subcontractors and other MEP disciplines.
• Ensure QA/QC and safety compliance; resolve site/technical issues; maintain MIR/RFI and progress documentation; manage snag closure, as-built drawings and final handover.

Work Experience

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering with 8-16 years of relevant experience in ELV/Low Current systems for large building/infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, CCTV, BMS, Access Control, PA, Data/Telephone, structured cabling, fiber optics and networking with hands-on experience in installation, testing & commissioning, troubleshooting and system integration. Should have sound knowledge of shop drawings, BOQ/specifications, MIR/RFI, material planning, subcontractor management, progress monitoring, Client/Consultant coordination, QA/QC, HSE requirements and project handover documentation.
