Job summary

The position focuses on executing development projects, organizing customer sub-projects, and ensuring high-quality delivery with proactive risk assessment.

The role requires a B.E. in Mechanical, 1–2 years of relevant experience, GD&T basics, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Essential: B.E. (Mechanical)
• 1-2 years of work experience in development / Process engineering / Quality
• Basics & working knowledge of GD&T
• Analytical reasoning ability and experience in practical application of problem-solving tools
• Good knowledge on reading drawings and form parameters
• Knowledge of FMEA’s, ISO TS 16949, Quality tools, statistics
• Knowledge of German language is an added advantage
• Good communication skills written and spoken in English
• Knowledge on Pro-E, CAD software for modeling and drafting will be added advantage

• Participate in Product innovation and continuous Process improvement, Implement innovative/creative concepts in development projects as Invention reports

Job Description

Product Engineering

• Execute development projects & series support and ensure
  engineering quality as per BES_PE standards and release the with necessary verification to ensure customer satisfaction.

Project Management

• Organize and Execute customer sub-projects and ensure high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in meetings with customers for technical alignments

Quality And Risk Management

• Provide technical inputs, participate and contribute to resolving technical issues, ensuring product quality

• Basic awareness of quality management tools Viz. FMEA, DRBFM, 8D, FLOW / OneQ etc.,
• Risk assessment: Able to prepare a risk assessment based on FMEA - Able to discuss a risk assessment to internal panel
• Should be able to handle project independently and collaboratively; should be able to foresee likely problems and plan for suitable approach.
