Exicom requires a Sr. Engineer/Engineer (Line Leader- PCBA Testing and Repair) to lead line activities in Hyderabad, overseeing PCBA testing and repair operations while ensuring production targets are met.

The candidate should hold a B.Tech./Diploma in Electronics or Electrical with 7–8 years of relevant experience, and possess strong manpower management, CAPA, 5S/Kaizen, and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• B.Tech./Diploma in Electronics or Electrical is required.
• 7–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in PCBA testing and repair preferable.
• Strong coordination and shift management skills.

Responsabilités

• PCBA level testing on automatic/manual test setups.
• PCBA level troubleshooting.
• Manpower handling in shifts.
• Meet day-to-day production targets.
• Prepare and maintain daily manpower attendance and weekly shift schedules.
• Develop manpower skills.
• Failure analysis and CAPA.
• Audit preparedness and effective audit handling.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of ATE and test setups.
• Maintain daily testing/maintenance reports.
• Support 5S, Kaizen and improvement projects.
