Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of our facilities and equipment. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and responding to service calls to minimize downtime and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all facility systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components.

Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs in a timely and effective manner.

Respond promptly to emergency service requests and system failures.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and equipment history.

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks.

Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.

Participate in training and development to stay current with industry best practices and new technologies.

Qualifications
