• Prepare E&I proposals for tender and non-tender inquiries.
• Review client specifications and define mechanical scope.
• Prepare E&I packages documents like SLD, load list, and cable schedules.
• Perform technical evaluations and vendor comparisons.
• Select equipment as per project specifications.
• Prepare RFQs, BOQs, and E&I costing.
• Develop various E&I layouts and engineering documents.
• Coordinate with process, mechanical, and piping teams.
• Support pre-bid and post-bid technical discussions.

Position: Sr. Engineer/Asst. Manager - Proposal & Engineering (E&I)

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 5 –7 Year

Industries: Chemical - MNC

Responsibilities

• Prepare E&I proposals for tender and non-tender inquiries.
• Review client specifications and define mechanical scope.
• Prepare E&I packages documents like SLD, load list, instrument index, I/O lisr, cable schedule , cable & cable tray layout etc. – Pre bid and post order.
• Perform technical evaluation and vendor offer comparison. – Pre and post order
• Select equipment as per project specifications and process requirements.
• Prepare RFQ, BOQ, BOI, material take-off and E&I costing – Pre and post order.
• Develop various E&I layouts , Bid and detail engineering related documents like data sheet, GA drawing, support drawings etc. – For all transmitters, analyzers, all type of panel , components.
• Prepare & develop E&I templates as per design standards along with datasheets, calculation etc.
• Coordinate with process, mechanical , piping teams.
• Support pre-bid and post-bid technical discussions. Execution team support during E&C.
• Standarizatoin and development of new product, new vendor development.
• Ensure timely submission of engineering deliverables and proposals.
