Job summary

Enerparc Energy Private Limited is looking for a Sr. Electrical Design Engineer-Ground mount to drive the detailed engineering for ground-mounted solar plants, including layouts, SLDs, design documents for AC/DC sizing, SCADA architecture, and BoM.

You will own project engineering during the detailed phase, coordinate with Project Management, ensure on-time submissions, and support plant performance verification after installation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering.
• 6–10 years total experience in design and engineering.
• 2–3 years solar industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed engineering for ground-mounted solar systems.
• Prepare layouts, SLDs, BoM, and AC/DC sizing.
• Coordinate with PM, SCM, QA and O&M; ensure timely submissions.

Sr. Electrical Design Engineer-Ground mount

Therole is to be responsible for preparation of Detailed engineering documentsincluding Layout, SLD, Design documents for AC and DC sizing, SCADAarchitecture, Detailed BoM and Plant performance verification afterinstallation of the solar plant.

Description of the roles andresponsibilities

• Single point responsibility for project engineering during detailedengineering phase for Ground / roof mounted solar systems by doing Detailedsystem design, arriving at optimum generation data, preparing layouts, bill of materialand SLDs as a part of submission to customer in coordination with ProjectManage.
• Responsible for correct plant performance estimation and arriving atoptimum Bill of Materials.
• Preparation of As-built drawings and providing plant performance forhanding over the project to Operation and maintenance.
• Responsible for obtaining necessary inputs from internal / externalcustomers for designing optimum solar system and attending customer meetings asand when necessary.
• Responsible for smooth transfer of information to Projects / SCM / QAand O&M and other customers.
• Responsible for on time preparationand submission of documents for execution of the project.

• working knowledge of Helioscope, AutoCAD & Google SketchUp
• Should have bird’s eye view on entire solar system including civil andstructural elements of the solar system
• Excellent communication skills – written and spoken – English andHindi
