Prime Video is seeking an Image Associate to join our team. You will perform image correction, retouching, color grading, and quality checks to deliver web-ready assets in line with brand guidelines. Strong Photoshop skills and a solid portfolio are required for a fast-paced production environment.

You will manage high-volume queues, ensure adherence to style guides, and collaborate with art directors to maintain visual consistency across platforms for web, mobile, and large screens.

Formación

• 1–3+ years of image editing/retouching experience in a production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, photography, visual arts or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and understanding of web optimization.
• Portfolio demonstrating image correction and production-quality editing.
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.

We are looking for an Image Associate to join our team, specializing in image correction, editing, retouching, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver clean, web-ready image assets based on existing style guides and brand guidelines in a fast-paced production environment.
This position requires strong image editing skills, color correction expertise, acute attention to detail, and an understanding of digital image optimization for web, mobile, and big-screen platforms. The ability to manage multiple projects and handle high-volume image queues is essential.
The candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of image correction processes and software - specifically Adobe Creative Suite (with a focus on Photoshop) along with experience in digital production workflows. A keen eye for visual quality and consistency, and excellent communication skills are a must. An online portfolio demonstrating image editing and correction work is required.

Basic Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years of work experience in image editing, photo retouching, or graphic production in a creative agency or production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Photography, Visual Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on Adobe Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of image file formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD) and web optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of color theory, image composition, and visual hierarchy.
• A portfolio demonstrating experience with image correction, retouching, and production-quality editing.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and quality issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert-level Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom skills with advanced retouching and compositing capabilities.
• Experience with batch image processing, automation (e.g., Photoshop Actions, scripting), and asset management workflows.
• Thorough knowledge of image correction workflows including color grading, skin retouching, background removal, and compositing.
