You will use Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom within the Creative Suite to edit, optimize, and manage high-volume images, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating production-quality work.

Formación

• 1 to 3+ years of work experience in image editing, retouching, or production.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, photography, visual arts, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong focus on Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of image formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD) and web optimization techniques.
• Portfolio demonstrating image correction, retouching, and production-quality editing.

Job Description:

We are looking for an Image Associate to join our team, specializing in image correction, editing, retouching, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver clean, web-ready image assets based on existing style guides and brand guidelines in a fast-paced production environment.

This position requires strong image editing skills, color correction expertise, acute attention to detail, and an understanding of digital image optimization for web, mobile, and big-screen platforms. The ability to manage multiple projects and handle high-volume image queues is essential.

The candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of image correction processes and software - specifically Adobe Creative Suite (with a focus on Photoshop) along with experience in digital production workflows. A keen eye for visual quality and consistency, and excellent communication skills are a must. An online portfolio demonstrating image editing and correction work is required.

Key job responsibilities

• Perform image correction, retouching, color grading, exposure adjustment, and cropping to meet brand standards.

• Demonstrate a command of image editing methods, tools, communication, and presentation skills.

Basic Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years of work experience in image editing, photo retouching, or graphic production in a creative agency or production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Photography, Visual Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on Adobe Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of image file formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD) and web optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of color theory, image composition, and visual hierarchy.
• A portfolio demonstrating experience with image correction, retouching, and production-quality editing.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and quality issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert-level Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom skills with advanced retouching and compositing capabilities.
• Experience with batch image processing, automation (e.g., Photoshop Actions, scripting), and asset management workflows.
• Thorough knowledge of image correction workflows including color grading, skin retouching, background removal, and compositing.
