Job summary

Fulcrum Digital Inc invites an experienced DevOps Engineer to lead cloud initiatives across AWS/Azure/GCP, drive IaC adoption, and automate infrastructure. You will collaborate with application teams to deliver DevOps projects, mentor juniors, and help strengthen security and reliability across client environments.

The role requires 3–6 years in Cloud and DevOps with migration experience as a plus, based in Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with 3-6 years of relevant Cloud and DevOps experience.
• Migration expertise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical and non-technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
• Work independently and mentor junior team members.
• Schedule meetings with project leads to discuss tasks and obstacles.
• Break down client requirements into manageable tasks with estimates.
• Ensure deliverables and assets are properly documented and stored.
• Provide ongoing recommendations to improve best practices in the client environment.
• Develop and implement DevOps projects, automate infrastructure as needed.
• Support and manage existing cloud infrastructures, improve stability and security posture.
• Participate in hiring and training processes as necessary.

Role Description

• Ability to drive technical and non-technical discussions with the customer and stakeholders with minimal guidance
• Should be able to work independently and assist other team members and learn about new aspects of the project.
• Proactively schedule meetings and conversations with the project leads and team members to discuss ongoing and forthcoming tasks and to discuss any obstacles or difficulties
• Analyse the client's requirement and split them into several more manageable tasks with an estimation
• Ensuring that deliverables are properly documented, and that the asset (Code/Documents) is stored for use in the future
• Analyse the client's environment and provide ongoing recommendations to improve and implement the best practices
• Work with the applications teams to develop and implement DevOps-related projects, and automate the infrastructure as needed.
• As part of some engagements, you can be expected to support and manage existing cloud infrastructures with an emphasis on continuously innovating through automation, improving stability/availability through monitoring, and strengthening the security posture.
• Mentor, train and guide the junior team members and aspire to become a technology expert
• Participate in team's hiring and training processes, as necessary. Basic Qualifications
