Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Developer - Test Automation to develop and deploy automation solutions using leading RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, design scalable automation, and ensure reliable performance through rigorous testing. Ideal candidates will have strong Agile experience, blue prism certifications, and a proactive mindset to stay ahead of industry trends in process automation technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in automation, CS, ECE, IT or Master's in software engineering.
• Blue Prism certifications required: Blue Prism Certified Developer (AD01), Professional Developer, Solution Designer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
• Design and implement scalable automation solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention.
