Mappy Global Resources is seeking a Senior Developer, Full Stack Development to drive display advertising and web projects for global clients, including Fortune 50 brands.

The role emphasizes HTML5 display ads, animations, and CMS-backed websites. You will work on US-shift timing from India, with Mumbai or Bangalore as base, and collaborate with onshore teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Front-End Development including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Banner Ad Development experience with Adobe Animate and/or Google Web Designer.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably Headless CMS solutions.
• Knowledge of web application optimization, accessibility, and security best practices.
• Ability to support and maintain existing LAMP-stack Banner Builder applications.
• Experience with databases and full-stack development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy HTML5 display ads and rich media creatives for multiple platforms.
• Develop and maintain responsive, mobile-first websites and web applications.
• Work within various CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
• Update plugins, themes, and other website elements to maintain security and performance standards.
• Translate wireframes and designs into functional, polished websites with minimal supervision.
• Track code changes, manage development workflows, and collaborate with team members using Git.

Location Mumbai/Bangalore

Shift: US Shift (6.30PM to 3.30AM)

Key Skills: HTML5, CSS, Wordpress and Banner Ads development

Overview:

We have an exciting role of Senior Developer, Full Stack Development to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies

Key Responsibilities:

Display Advertising & HTML5 Animation (Primary Focus)

• Design, develop, and deploy HTML5 display ads and rich media creatives for multiple platforms and ad networks
• Create engaging, interactive HTML5 animations that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Ensure all display ad deliverables meet technical specifications, file size limits, and industry compliance standards (IAB, Google Ads, etc.)
• Optimize ad creatives for performance, load times, and cross-browser/device compatibility
• Collaborate with designers to translate static ad concepts into animated, interactive experiences

Web Development

• Develop and maintain responsive, mobile-first websites and web applications
• Write clean, efficient code and modify existing codebases as needed
• Work within various CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.)
• Update plugins, themes, and other website elements to maintain security and performance standards
• Translate wireframes and designs into functional, polished websites with minimal supervision
• Track code changes, manage development workflows, and collaborate with team members using Git
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while meeting client and agency needs
• Manage time and tasks effectively to meet project deadlines
• Participate in regular check ins and status updates with the onshore team

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Front-End Development, including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Proven expertise in Banner Ad Development (approximately 70% of the role), with hands-on experience using Adobe Animate and/or Google Web Designer.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably Headless CMS solutions.
• Knowledge of web application optimization, accessibility, and security best practices.
• Ability to support and maintain existing LAMP-stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) Banner Builder applications.
• Experience with databases and full-stack development.
