Responsibilities

• Website Development: Ensure clean, modular code and scalable backend logic (preferably using frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js).
• Design mobile-first responsive web structures.
• Backend & Integrations: Set up CMS systems or headless CMS (Strapi, Sanity, WordPress if required). Integrate with APIs (e.g., factory data, drone tracking, solar performance logs, newsletter CRM like Mailchimp or Brevo). Create robust forms, databases, and dashboards for internal teams or community users.
• Performance & Optimization: Improve site speed, SEO compatibility, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Set up analytics (GA4, Hotjar, etc.) for actionable performance insights. Ensure security best practices are followed.
• Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with the SEO team to implement meta tags, structured data, and keyword-friendly structures. Collaborate with creative/design teams to bring brand visuals to life through web animation, interactivity, or dynamic UI. Support real-time content changes during key launches (product reveal, PR drops, MakeTime campaigns).

Role Overview

Were looking for a highly skilled Web Developer (preferably full-stack) who can independently develop, update, and optimize web pages across aerpaces multi-brand architecture. Youll bring our product visions to life whether its a high-impact product launch like _aerCar_, a sleek recent division like _aerShield_, or community movements like _MakeTime_.Youll work closely with brand, design, and content teams to ensure seamless UX, fast-loading pages, solid mobile performance, and backend scalability.
