Genpact Ltd. invites applications for Lead Consultant, Salesforce Field Service Lightning Developer.

The role designs, builds, and maintains FSL solutions within Salesforce, including custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, and integrations to external systems. You will configure FSL features such as scheduling and mobile workflows, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Field Service.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce development tools.
• Understanding of FSL architecture, data model, and offline/mobile capabilities.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Strong OO programming, design patterns, and Agile/Scrum experience.
• Salesforce certifications are highly desirable (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Field Service Lightning).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy FSL solutions, including LWC, Apex, triggers, and integrations.
• Configure FSL features like scheduling, dispatching, optimization, and mobile workflows.
• Develop integrations with external systems via APIs/middleware.
