Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Salesforce Integration Developer to architect and build high-performance connections between Salesforce, external ERPs such as SAP/Oracle, and Asset Management platforms for Field Service and Asset Lifecycle operations.

The role emphasizes API design, real-time data streams, secure authentication, and scalable data processing. You will work in a hybrid setting, applying Agile practices and leveraging Trailhead-certified skills.

Qualifications

• SUITABLE Salesforce development background with focus on Field Service
• Expertise with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and integration tools
• Strong REST and SOAP API experience with external systems
• Understanding of FSL architecture, data model and offline capabilities
• Agile/Scrum experience and strong problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement REST, SOAP, and Pub/Sub API integrations between Salesforce and ERPs/Asset systems
• Develop real-time data streams using Platform Events and CDC for field service data
• Architect ingestion of high-volume data into Salesforce for ASLM workflows
• Implement asynchronous processing with Queueable, Batch, and Future Apex
• Configure secure authentication (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Named Credentials) and robust error handling
