Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in cloud technologies and AR/Finance domain. The role involves leading solution architecture, driving requirements, and delivering end-to-end designs for high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, interact with client stakeholders, and ensure alignment on design decisions while navigating complex processes within a Hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or masters in CS/IT/ENG with cloud focus
• Experience as Solution Architect/AR Analyst/AR Manager or equivalent
• Strong stakeholder management and client interaction skills

Responsibilities

• Act as a POD lead / Solution Architect
• Lead requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders
• Conduct as-is and To-Be design sessions
• Own business process design and solution for projects
• Demo sessions for client stakeholders
• Document To-Be solutions and future processes
• Identify gaps and propose closure options
• Present current and future process designs and risks
• Interact with executives to gain buy-in
• Maintain relationships with product/engineering teams and client SMEs
• Use established frameworks for requirements and design sign-off

Seeking a talented, motivated individual who can excel in high growth environment. The Solution Architect role is a high impact position that will play a significant role in the continued growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Should act as a POD lead/Solution Architect
• Conduct and drive requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple customer stakeholders, keeping the customer focused on the end goal
• Conduct as-is and To-Be design sessions
• Own the Business process design and solution for a set of projects
• Conduct Demo sessions for client stakeholders
• Develop a clear knowledge about the customers’ current process and deliver the documented To-be solution documents and future processes
• Identify solution gaps and develop appropriate gap closure options
• Present and discuss the current processes, future state processes and solution options, recommendations, and implications/risks
• Directly interact with executives and stakeholders on the customers side to agree on the proposed design and achieve customer buy-in
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with product team, engineering teams and client SME’s
• Able to effectively use the established frameworks in requirement gathering, design documentation and sign off

• High experience in F&A domain (Experience in Order to Cash/ Accounts Receivable is a must)
• Knowledge of High Radius tool
• Relevant experience as a Solution Architect/ Business Architect/ AR Analyst/ AR Manager or equivalent role demonstrating management and leadership experience, preferably in a fast‑paced consulting/professional services set‑up
• Customer Interaction Skills
• Exposure to Integration Mechanism
• Goof Knowledge of SQL
• ExcellentMS office skills
• Working knowledge of ERPs like Oracle, SAP or SaaS solutions
• Good verbal and written communication skills, appropriate for Executive level communication
