Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Principal Architect - Enterprise Application to define and govern the architecture blueprint for large-scale IT ecosystems. You will lead cross‑functional design discussions, ensure compliance with standards, and mentor junior architects for scalable, secure enterprise solutions.

This hybrid role requires deep experience in governance, technology strategy, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-impact outcomes across global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or Master degrees in computer science or IT engineering.
• Experience with enterprise architecture for IT ecosystems and governance.
• Familiarity with industry-recognized tools and platforms listed above.

Job Description

• Finalizing technology stack for various initiatives within the IT ecosystem of Genpact to meet business requirement.
• You will function as a SPOC for architecture and liaise with internal Genpact customer\business IT Infrastructure team, Infosec team, Data privacy team and delivery team to ensure accurate solution design, and fitment to the requirement.
• You will have involvement in all architecture governance throughout the application development life cycles along with implementing all Genpact standards\guidelines and standard methodologies for all architecture works.
• Develop and maintain the overall architecture blueprint for enterprise applications; Define technical requirements, standards, and guidelines for application development; Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement scalable and secure enterprise solutions; Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for integration into existing systems; Lead technical design discussions and provide guidance to development teams; Ensure compliance with architecture principles and design patterns in all development projects; Conduct regular architecture reviews and make recommendations for improvements; Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in enterprise application architecture; Mentor and coach junior architects and developers in architectural best practices.
