Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Principal Architect for Enterprise Applications to define and govern the technology stack across complex IT ecosystems. You will act as a single point of contact for architecture, coordinating with internal teams to design scalable and secure enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in engineering or CS/IT; strong enterprise architecture exposure.
• Experience in designing and governing enterprise IT architectures across large ecosystems.
• Ability to mentor junior architects and drive architecture governance throughout SDLC.

Job Description

• Finalizing technology stack for various initiatives within the IT ecosystem of Genpact to meet business requirement.
• You will function as a SPOC for architecture and liaise with internal Genpact customer\business IT Infrastructure team, Infosec team, Data privacy team and delivery team to ensure accurate solution design, and fitment to the requirement.
• You will have involvement in all architecture governance throughout the application development life cycles along with implementing all Genpact standards\guidelines and standard methodologies for all architecture works.
• Develop and maintain the overall architecture blueprint for enterprise applications; Define technical requirements, standards, and guidelines for application development; Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement scalable and secure enterprise solutions; Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for integration into existing systems; Lead technical design discussions and provide guidance to development teams; Ensure compliance with architecture principles and design patterns in all development projects; Conduct regular architecture reviews and make recommendations for improvements; Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in enterprise application architecture; Mentor and coach junior architects and developers in architectural best practices.
