Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Designer to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in graphic designing and will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs for various marketing and branding materials. The Sr. Designer will work closely with the VP of Marketing and other team members to ensure that the designs meet the company's standards and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media creatives, web banners, email campaigns, landing pages, and online ads.
• Create visually engaging content for brochures, whitepapers, case studies, product one-pagers, and sales presentations.
• Support the marketing team with visuals for product launches, healthcare webinars, trade shows, and industry events.
• Collaborate with the content and product teams to visualize complex healthcare SaaS solutions through infographics, diagrams, and explainer graphics.
• Contribute creative ideas for brand storytelling and visual strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity across all platforms and communication channels.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining brand quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a B2B SaaS or healthcare tech environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing and brand design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, or Canva Pro.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing design — social media creatives, website banners, paid ads, and emails.
• Ability to simplify complex SaaS healthcare topics into visually appealing content.Excellent sense of typography, layout, and color composition.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
