HealthMinds Consulting Private Limited in Mumbai is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our on-site team. The role requires a strong sense of design aesthetics, color and typography, and the ability to craft creative solutions within brand guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 3–8 years' experience, a graphic design degree or diploma, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design or advertising.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design preferred.
• Strong sense of design aesthetics, typography, and color theory.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems.
• Day-to-day interactions with peers within Client.
• Interaction with clients and/or Client management.
• Work with minimal daily instructions and moderate guidance on new assignments.
• Decisions affect own work and may impact others.
• Role may include leading a small team or working as an individual contributor.
• Role may require rotational shifts.
• Knowledge of typography, visual identity, and brand guidelines.
• Develop design solutions within brand guidelines.
