Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Designer - Content Design to lead the creation of high-quality content that aligns with business goals and user needs. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and learning teams to craft comprehensive content strategies, ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables.

The role requires proficiency in AEM and UX principles, plus experience mentoring junior designers. Hybrid work model in India with opportunities to influence large-scale AI-enabled initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in communication/design-related fields.
• Graphic and visual design focus with HCI understanding.
• Adobe ACE certification and UX certification are preferred.
