Job summary

Neilsoft Pune invites a Senior Designer Mechanical to drive the design and detailing of BMH belt conveyor systems. You will prepare 2D layouts, GA and fabrication drawings, and develop 3D models for conveyors, chutes, hoppers, gantry and trestles.

You will ensure QC of 2D and 3D designs, work per CEMA and IS 11592 standards, and coordinate with international clients and multidisciplinary teams. Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD) and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Design and detailing of belt conveyor systems.
• Prepare 2D layouts, GA and fabrication drawings.
• Develop 3D models of belt conveyors, chutes, hoppers, gantry & trestles.
• QC of 2D & 3D designs and ensure conformity to CEMA & IS 11592.

Job Description

• Design and detailing of BMH Belt Conveyor Systems
• Prepare 2D layouts, GA and fabrication/detailing drawings
• Develop 3D models of Belt Conveyors, Chutes, Hoppers, Gantry & Trestles
• Perform QC of 2D & 3D designs
• Work as per CEMA & IS 11592 standards
• Coordinate with international clients and internal multidisciplinary teams
• Support team development, training and knowledge sharing

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Belt Conveyor 3D & 2D design, layout and detailing
• Experience in BMH / Bulk Material Handling

• Experience in fabrication detailing and quality checking
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good team coordination and problem-solving skills
