Job summary

Proclink is seeking a senior Data Science Lead in Ahmedabad to coordinate a junior team and drive end-to-end data science engagements. You will translate business framing into technical solutions, select optimal algorithms, and monitor implementations for delays or issues.

You will validate performance against functional requirements, ensure best‑practice data science methods, document results, and present outcomes to stakeholders. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

• Experience leading data science teams on end-to-end projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, ML workflows.
• Excellent business communication and leadership.

Responsibilities
