Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics initiatives, generating actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will lead data science projects, optimize real‑time data pipelines, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders. Expertise in Elastic, Tableau, Power BI, OpenAI, and Big Data frameworks (Hadoop, Kafka) is essential.

Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)

• AI/ML model development for solving complex business challenges
• Strong expertise in Elastic for large‑scale search, analytics, and real‑time data processing
• Experience in ETL pipeline optimization using Kafka and Hadoop
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Logstash for business intelligence and reporting
• Hands‑on experience with OpenAI, LLM‑based technologies, and AI‑driven automation
• Expertise in predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems
• Ability to mentor junior data scientists and lead technical teams
• Strong Python, SQL, and distributed computing expertise
