Orange Business is seeking a data analytics professional to collect, process, and analyze large-scale data, monitoring network performance and KPIs. You will build dashboards and collaborate on AI/ML models to forecast performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in data analysis, performance analysis, and business analysis within telecom or related industries.
• Strong understanding of OSS/BSS systems, network KPIs, and telecom operations.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT processes and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and data pipeline development.

About the role

• Collect, process, and analyze large-scale data to monitor network performance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs related to network and business performance.
• Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and service improvement.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for performance forecasting and prediction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, including data pipelines and models.
• Maintain a good understanding of telecom OSS/BSS architecture, KPIs, and industry best practices.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and iterative development.
• Stay updated on telecom industry trends, emerging AI/ML techniques, and Agile best practices to support continuous improvement.

About you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in data analysis, performance analysis, and business analysis within telecom or related industries.
• Strong understanding of OSS/BSS systems, network KPIs, and telecom operations.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT processes and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and data pipeline development.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark/Fabric/Splunk) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
