The ‘Data Quality Specialist’ will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of our organization’s master data. He/She will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identify trends, defining KPI’s and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. He/She will leverage skills in statistical analysis, SQL, PLSQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI to drive insights and improvements in data quality and usability.

Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information systems, statistics, or mathematics is often preferred. Preference to Professional certification in data analytics e.g., CompTIA Data+, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, SQL, PLSQL, MS Excel.
With minimum 3 years of relevant experience.Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying data quality issues, and proposing solutions.Strong communication skills and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting data quality issues and presenting findings to stakeholders.Proven ability to identify data quality problems, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Understanding of data management principles, master data, data quality frameworks and data governance practices .Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying patterns, and drawing meaningful insights.Ability to query databases, to extract and manipulate data for quality assessment.Ability to think analytically and critically to solve complex data quality problems.Willingness to stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in data quality management.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
