Job summary

About the role

Ensure the activities by holding the commitments in terms of quality, costs and deadlines.

Having strong expertise on AI / Machine learning, Generative AI and Agentic AIcollaborate with Data & AI experts, Software Engineers and Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions related to AI/ML, Generative AI and Agentic AIResearch / Analysis, Exploration, Solution development, and Problem solvingSolid experience of Training, evaluating, and fine-tuning models for optimal performance.Ownership of delivering AI/ML models with high precision outcomesExperience with building, deploying, and enhancing large-scale machine learning models and algorithms within real-world product environmentsGood knowledge of math, probability, and statistics, and algorithms; Ability to write robust code in Popular AI Programming languagesAbility to rapidly prototype and experiment with different models and algorithmsGood understanding of the business context and the ability to translate business problems into AI/ML solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in AI, Gen AI etc.

About you

Must have strong and proven experience in Machine learning and Deep learning techniques and use of popular AI/ML frameworks

Must have good experience on various AI techniques: Machine learning, Generative AI and Agentic AIExperience with building, deploying, and enhancing large-scale machine learning models and algorithms within real-world product environmentsSolid experience and understanding of ML techniques such as: Data Preprocessing, Feature Engineering, Model selection, Hyperparameter Tuning, Validation, and DeploymentDevelop multi AI agents and RAG systems for real-time decision-making, integrating tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom frameworks.Good knowledge of math, probability, and statistics, and algorithms; Ability to write robust code in Popular AI Programming languagesAssemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirementsMust be able to implement AI applications by using and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs)Experience with production support, technical analysis and problem solvingHands on experience on Large Language Models (LLMs), text generation, or similar Generative AI applicationsMust have good communication and presentation skillsGood to have: Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sourcesGood to have: Experience working with Cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure) for model deployment, AI services and operationGood to have: Working experience on a Python web framework (e.g. Flask/Django) would be a plusOptional: Work on AI/ML services on Cloud infrastructure and various cloud managed services
