Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. invites Data Analytics Professionals to join our global SAP analytics program. The role focuses on data analysis, migration, ETL, and building data pipelines across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC to support business decisions.

You will work with cross-functional teams, drive data quality, data mapping, and reporting, with opportunities to work with cloud platforms and modern analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years designing, building end-to-end BI and analytics solutions.
• Expertise in ETL processes and data transformation methodologies.
• Familiarity with SAP modules (FICO, SCM, Production, and Logistics).
• Design and development of CDS Views, BODS data flows, and data virtualization - SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Data Services (BODS).
• Understanding of ETL processes, data governance, and migration best practices.
• Knowledge of ERP data models and modern analytics platforms (Azure Data Fabric, Power BI, Purview, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Self-motivated, responsible, detail oriented.
• Ability to build lasting trusted partnerships across teams and disciplines.

The Data Analystis responsible and specializes in analyzing, managing, and interpreting data within SAP systems to support business decisions. This role involves working with ERP modules, extracting meaningful insights, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with business teams to improve processes and reporting.

They manage the entire lifecycle, from discovery and planning to post-go-live support, often adapting standard migration objects or creating custom ones for unique business needs.

This position will be working in virtual and culturally diverse teams, aligning closely with internal colleagues and partners to ensure successful assigned tasks completion.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning & Strategy: Defining scope, timelines, resources, and migration approaches for data conversions
• Data Analysis and Mapping: Extracting and analyzing source data for quality, completeness, and mapping to target structures from ERP system (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Salesforce, ModelN)
• Execution: Performing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Create and optimize dataflows, workflows, and data extraction from CDS Views and Datasphere.
• Cleansing & Validation: Perform data cleansing, transformation, and quality checks. (identifying and correcting inaccurate, incomplete or duplicate data) and standardizing formats.
• Support: Performs and participates in root cause analysis of business problems, identifying and recommending solution alternatives, and develops reports to track key metrics and results
• Collaboration : Collaborate with IT and functional teams to improve data structures.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Location: India
• Environment: Standard office environment utilizing standard office equipment; some travel may be necessary.
• Ability to work on projects with global team members outside of standard office hours.
• Weekend work and overtime may be required.
• Works in team and individual environments.
• Up to 25% travel (more may be necessary for projects); domestic and international.

SPECIFIC SKILLS

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in designing, building, and supporting end-to-end BI and analytics solutions, from data ingestion and modeling to reporting and insights delivery.
• Expertise in ETL processes and data transformation methodologies
• Familiarity with various SAP modules (e.g., FICO, Supply Chain & Logistics, Production and Manufacturing, SuccessFactors).
• Design and development of CDS Views, BODS data flows, and data virtualization layers for analytics enablement - SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Data Services (BODS).
• Methodologies:Understanding of ETL processes, data governance, and migration best practices.
• Technical:Knowledge of ERP data models and modern analytics and data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Fabric, Power BI, Purview, Copilot, Python, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, BigQuery and machine learning concepts).
• Must be self-motivated, responsible, conscientious, and detail oriented.
• Must have the ability to build lasting trusted partnerships across various functional areas and technical disciplines.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on Experience with SAP Data & Analytics solutions, including SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP BW, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Datasphere.
• Experience in working on Agile development teams and projects.
