We are seeking a Sr. Analyst MIS & Automations to join our team in Noida, reporting to the Business Data Analyst. The position holder would be required to work in shifts, may occasionally need to travel, and may be required to work extended hours during training drives. The role requires working from the office on all five days of the week.
You will be responsible for short-term and long-term workload forecasting, scheduling, and real-time resource management, proactively working to meet daily metrics by staying in constant communication with business planning teams. You will be responsible for the delivery of key metrics, training requirements and performance metrics through the optimisation of resources, identifying and implementing process improvement, and leveraging automation and technology. You should be able to ensure schedules produced accurately cover demand forecast while accounting for known constraints, planned events, holidays and business objectives, and should be able to analyse performance – especially productivity, utilisation and occupancy – to uncover trends, both behavioural and actuals against forecast, in order to improve the forecast and capacity management process.
On reporting, you should be able to support IELTS Operations reporting requirements, ensure reporting is aligned with the strategic direction of the business, and identify and assess new reporting requirements and supporting technologies. You should be able to develop and oversee a schedule for report generation and distribution, and identify the distribution vehicles, and will be responsible for providing business analysis that identifies key business drivers and root cause analysis, including scenario-based modelling.
Language: Strong English proficiency is crucial for this role, requiring fluency in both written and spoken communication to effectively navigate British Council systems and international operations.
