Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking an experienced SAP GRC Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP GRC solutions with a focus on SAP Security and Access Control AC. The role covers risk mitigation, access governance, and collaboration with auditors and compliance teams across SAP environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM, and UAR, along with strong knowledge of SAP S4HANA security concepts and role provisioning. This position is based in Hyderabad, India.

Qualifications

Strong experience in SAP GRC Access Control 10x12x.
Handson experience with ARA ARM BRM EAM and UAR.
Expertise in SAP Security and Authorization concepts.
Experience with SoD analysis risk management and compliance controls.
Knowledge of SAP S4HANA Security concepts.
Experience in role design role remediation and user provisioning.
Understanding of SAP audit and regulatory compliance requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot authorization and GRC workflow issues.

Responsibilities

Implement and support SAP GRC Access Control modules.
Access Risk Analysis (ARA).
Emergency Access Management (EAM).
Access Request Management (ARM).
Business Role Management (BRM).
User Access Review (UAR) and SoD analysis/remediation.
Configure risk rulesets, mitigating controls, and compliance monitoring.
Design and support SAP Security roles and authorizations across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, SRM, and SAP BTP.
Manage user provisioning, role assignment, and approval workflows.
Conduct Firefighter ID setup and monitoring.
Collaborate with stakeholders, auditors, and compliance teams to address findings.
Support GRC upgrades, system integration, and migrations.
Develop functional specs and review technical developments.
Perform security testing, UAT, and production support.
Prepare documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.
