Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Sales Operations professional to optimize sales processes, maintain SFDC data quality, and generate dashboards that drive revenue. The role acts as a bridge between Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Leadership to improve productivity and forecasting.

This hybrid position requires regular virtual work and in-person collaboration at a TransUnion office for at least two days per week, enabling effective sales execution and strategic planning across global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM data governance and analytics is preferred.
• Ability to generate and interpret KPI dashboards and sales performance metrics.

The Sales Operations professional will support the sales organization by optimizing sales processes, maintaining Salesforce.com (SFDC), driving pipeline governance, administering incentive data, generating business insights, and enabling efficient sales execution. The role acts as a bridge between Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to improve productivity and revenue performance.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
