The team partners across Cloud Engineering, Product Engineering, Platform Engineering, Finance, and business leadership to improve cost transparency, capacity planning, optimization accountability, and investment value realization. Its mission is to build trusted reporting, governance standards, and decision-ready insights that help TransUnion manage cloud and infrastructure spend more effectively while enabling sustainable technology growth This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
We are looking for a data-driven, analytically minded Consultant to join TransUnion’s Enterprise Cloud Economics / FinOps team. This role sits at the intersection of technology, business, and finance, helping TransUnion improve how it understands, governs, and optimizes cloud, AI, and infrastructure spend. In this role, you will transform raw cost, usage, and capacity data into transparent dashboards, actionable insights, and measurable business value. You will partner closely with Technology Strategy & Governance, Cloud Engineering, Finance, Product Engineering, Platform Engineering, and business stakeholders to support FinOps governance, cost transparency, capacity planning, optimization tracking, and executive reporting. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who enjoys connecting technical data with financial discipline and business decision-making in a large-scale enterprise technology environment.
