Ability to analyze workforce and organizational needs and translate them into structured PAS WKFA recommendations. Experience supporting HR transformation and talent-related process design within consulting engagements. Proficient in assessing current-state talent processes and developing improved future-state operating models. Skilled in applying general consulting methods to deliver data-driven, client-focused talent and organization solutions.
