Job summary

Job description

Lead and execute ESG, sustainability, climate change, CSR, and assurance engagements. Support clients in sustainability reporting and disclosures aligned with frameworks such as GRI, BRSR, CSRD, ISSB, TCFD, CDP, and Integrated Reporting. Conduct GHG inventories, Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions assessments, carbon footprinting, and decarbonization strategy development. Perform ESG maturity assessments, materiality assessments, benchmarking, and sustainability strategy projects. Manage client interactions, project planning, deliverables, and junior team members. Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and thought leadership content. Support ESG assurance and sustainability data verification engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
• Masters in Energy or MBA on Sustainability

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in the ESG advisory space
