Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst with hands‑on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool implementation experience. This role requires candidates who have directly implemented GRC platforms—not just supported, used, or consulted conceptually. The ideal candidate will have end‑to‑end implementation experience with platforms such as Service Now GRC, RSA Archer, MetricStream, OneTrust, LogicGate, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

GRC Tool Implementation

• Lead full lifecycle implementation of GRC tools, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration oversight, UAT, deployment, and post‑implementation support.
• Provide expert recommendations on GRC workflows, controls, assessments, risk methodologies, and compliance frameworks based on real implementation experience.
• Create proposals, solution approaches, and implementation plans grounded in SME‑level GRC knowledge.

Business Analysis & Customer Engagement

• Work directly with customers to understand their GRC needs, pain points, and regulatory obligations.
• Translate business and compliance requirements into technical configurations within GRC tools.

Project Delivery & Documentation

• Produce BRDs, FSDs, user guides, process flows, and configuration documents specific to GRC modules.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations during customer‑facing projects.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure high‑quality delivery aligned with customer goals.
• Conduct reviews to validate effectiveness, adoption, and alignment with compliance requirements.
• Recommend enhancements to improve customer GRC maturity and tool usage.

Key Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex business and GRC‑related problems.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, R) (optional).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in project management, agile methodologies, and GRC implementation projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including risk and compliance teams.
