Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and profitability. The role requires a strong foundation in business analysis, excellent problem‑solving capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Develop and implement solutions to improve organizational efficiency and profitability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project plans
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Create and maintain clear, concise, and accurate documentation for technical and non‑technical audiences, including BRDs, FSDs, user guides, and process maps
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and project team members
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and present proposed solutions
• Participate in the development of user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and test scenarios
• Provide guidance and support to project team members
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews to ensure successful project delivery

Key Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex business problems
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
