Genpact Ltd. is hiring a Sr. Business Analyst for Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) in a hybrid role at Pune, India.

You will translate field service needs into Salesforce user stories, map processes, and drive technical specifications with stakeholders and the engineering team. You will lead workshops, document functional designs, and oversee UAT, while evaluating gaps between standard configurations and custom development such as Apex or LWC.
