Job summary

LatentBridge is seeking a Backend Python Developer to design, develop, and scale backend systems powering our AI-driven products. You will optimize Azure SQL, create robust APIs, and work with Django/Flask/FastAPI in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The role requires 8–10 years of backend experience, strong Python skills, and a focus on performance, security, and scalability. Hybrid work model across Pune, Bengaluru, and Noida opportunities preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of backend Python development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
• Excellent SQL skills with Azure SQL and performance tuning.
• Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of authentication, security, and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs in Python.
• Build scalable, high-performance systems with Django/Flask/FastAPI.
• Design and optimize database structures in Azure SQL and other relational DBs.
• Create and optimize Views, Indexes, and Stored Procedures for performance.
• Analyze query plans and tune complex SQL for efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, data science, and DevOps teams.
