Job summary

Ascendion in Hyderabad is seeking a Sr. Automation Tester to lead test automation strategy across web, mobile, API, and enterprise apps. You will design scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress, and define an AI-driven testing approach using Generative AI and LLMs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the test automation strategy across web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications.
• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent tools.
• Define and implement an AI‑driven testing strategy using Generative AI and LLM capabilities.
• Lead automation engineers and establish best practices for AI‑enabled Quality Engineering.
• Define automation and AI testing KPIs, governance, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by reducing manual testing effort and accelerating release cycles through AI‑powered automation.

Minimum Qualifications
